EDPL may offer a buyback facility for eligible properties where expressly provided under a separate written agreement. Eligibility, applicable conditions, time limits, valuation methodology, payment terms, and other requirements shall be governed by the executed agreement and applicable law. No unconditional buyback guarantee shall be implied unless formally documented and legally enforceable.
Subject to project terms and eligibility.
EDPL aims to facilitate convenient payment options and instalment-based purchase plans, subject to the terms of the relevant project, applicable agreements, and any required financing arrangements. Eligibility, payment schedules, and applicable charges shall be disclosed before the customer commits to a purchase.
Available only under verified schemes.
Interest-free instalment facilities, where available, shall be subject to the specific scheme's written terms and conditions. Any processing fees, administrative charges, eligibility requirements, or other applicable costs must be disclosed clearly in advance. EDPL shall not advertise a no-interest EMI offer as universally available unless the arrangement has been verified and approved for publication.
Documentation review, as applicable.
EDPL aims to list and facilitate transactions involving properties supported by appropriate registration, title, and other relevant documentation, as applicable. Property-specific ownership, registration, approvals, land-use status, encumbrances, and other material particulars must be verified before a property is marketed or a transaction proceeds. Registration alone does not establish that a property is free from every legal or title-related defect.
